WHAT IS COMPUTER?

WHAT IS COMPUTER ...............
Computer is an electronic device that is designed to work with information.The word computer is derived in the Latin word computare  this means to calculate or programed machine.Computer can not anything without program.The word computer is usually refers to the CENTRAL PROCESSING UNIT plus Internal Memory.

 The first mechanical computer is designed by Charles Babbage was called Analytical Engine.

It uses read only  memory in the form of punch card.
Computer is an advanced electronic devise that takes raw data as input from the users and process these data under the control of set instruction (called program)and give the result (output) and saves output for the future use.

BASIC COMPONENTS OF DIGITAL COMPUTER 

INPUT DEVISE..........OUTPUT DEVICE.........CENTRAL PROCESSING UNIT(CPU)

INPUT DEVICE;

Input devices used for enter data into a computer like keyboard , mouse and camera.

OUTPUT DEVICE;

Output devices used for taken output into a computer like printer and lcd

CPU(CENTRAL PROCESSING UNIT)

Every thing computer is control in a central processing unit.The CPU  is called brain of a computer.All of tasks perform central processing unit in a computer.
